The Kentuckian
The Scent and Special Properties:
Indigo Sundries calls Kentucky home. We love our beautiful state, the hills, the history, the people, the heritage. We wanted to make a fragrance that would exemplify the Kentucky man. What kind of man you might ask... well, we had a few in mind when making this one; Daniel Boone, Abraham Lincoln, James Bowie, Nathan Stubblefield and so many others.
So what does The Kentuckian smell like? This fragrance begins with fresh, daring notes of bergamot, and lemon; followed by middle notes of peppercorn, ginger, jasmine, aquatic marine notes, and a hint of peppermint; sitting on base notes of cedar, vetiver, labdanum, and frankincense. This scent is ultra manly, with a rowdy spirit but refined manners. This is the perfect man... The Kentuckian.
The Soap:
Our cold process soaps are made of coconut and olive oil. They are made in small batches of around 9 bars. The oils create a lot of lather, are gentle on the skin, and will leave you feeling clean all over. We never use artificial colorants, parabens, petroleum, silicone, SLS, musks, phthalates, or other such nasties in any of our creations.
Approximate weight: 5 oz.
To ensure your soap will last as long as possible, please allow it to air dry between uses. (think of it as a fine wine, it needs to breathe.)
